Cayenne

Cayenne joined our family at approximately a year old in 2018. She was bred by Tyra Payne but came over from my friends’ Jennifer and Mike at MnJ Poodles.

We had intended to guardian her right away but she was the cutest and cuddliest little redhead and she stayed. She was the smallest poodle we had ever had at 20 inches and we absolutely loved the size. She loved just being in our laps and was small enough for it!

Cayenne had 3 adorable small standard litters, with Chance, Gus, and finally with our Hero. Her puppies were almost all just as cuddly as her and she gave her puppies her absolutely beautiful face. Cayenne has been spayed, retired and lives now with Darlene and Harvey in Texas. We miss her but get great updates and pics from her forever home. They love her as much as we have!

We initially kept her red abstract daughter, Chipotle from her Chance litter in a guardian home but she didn’t work out for our program. We also kept a light apricot daughter, Freedom, from her Gus litter in our guardian program and hoping to have a litter with her in the future.
